Your Rights, Our Obligations

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing the web777 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any supplementary policies published on the Platform including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the web777 Platform and close your Account.

To register for and use web777, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be accessing the Platform as a private individual for personal entertainment purposes, not on behalf of any business.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of web777 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, and valid Pakistani mobile number.

web777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of any information provided during registration at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time frame may result in Account suspension or closure.

One Account Policy: Each Player may hold only one active web777 Account. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under your own identity or another person's — is a material breach of these Terms. web777 will close duplicate Accounts and may forfeit any balances held therein.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your web777 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person. web777 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Account Information Updates: You must keep your registered mobile number and any other account details current. If your mobile number changes, you must contact web777 support promptly to update your records before attempting to log in or withdraw funds.

Dormant Accounts: An Account that has had no login or transaction activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. web777 will attempt to notify you via your registered mobile number before any administrative fee is applied to a dormant Account.

All deposits to your web777 Account are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). web777 accepts deposits via the following payment methods where available to you: Easypaisa, JazzCash, and HBL bank transfer.

Deposits are typically credited to your Account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. web777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the cashier page and are subject to change.
• You may only deposit funds from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• web777 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits that exceed defined thresholds.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once the funds have been applied to gameplay. Contact support immediately if an incorrect amount was deposited.

Withdrawals from your web777 Account are paid in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering.

Processing: Standard withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day for amounts up to 500,000 PKR. Larger withdrawals may require additional processing time and verification.

Conditions for Withdrawal:

• Your Account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any Bonus funds in your Account are subject to their applicable Wagering Requirements before being eligible for withdrawal.
• Real-money funds deposited and not subject to an active Bonus may be withdrawn at any time subject to minimum withdrawal amounts.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier section and may be updated periodically.

web777 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation — including a copy of your CNIC and proof of payment method — before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to provide documentation within five (5) business days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

web777 may from time to time offer Bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, or other incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to individual promotional terms which will be published alongside the offer. The following general conditions apply to all Bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. web777 determines eligibility at its sole discretion.
• A Wagering Requirement will apply to all Bonuses and any winnings derived from free spins or bonus play. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the individual offer terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not used within the stated expiry period will be forfeited automatically.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the Platform.
• web777 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any Bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• If web777 determines that a Player has attempted to abuse a promotional offer — including through multi-accounting, collusion, or exploitation of software errors — web777 may withhold Bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom.

The web777 Platform hosts a variety of gaming products including, but not limited to, live casino tables, jackpot slots, crash games, sportsbook betting, Sic Bo, Cockfighting, and Andar Bahar. Each product category is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the relevant game interface.

Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, game outage, or disconnection, web777's servers are the definitive source of truth for game outcomes. web777 is not liable for losses caused by your internet connection failure or device malfunction during an active game round.

Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply per game and per product. These limits are displayed within each game and may be changed by web777 at any time. web777 also reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on specific Accounts at its discretion.

Voided Games: web777 reserves the right to void any game round or sportsbook bet in circumstances where: (a) an error in the odds or game mechanics is identified; (b) the outcome was influenced by factors outside normal gameplay; or (c) applicable rules were not followed. In such cases, wagered stakes will be returned to the Player's Account in PKR.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the web777 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and a permanent ban:

• Registering or using an Account if you are under 18 years of age.
• Opening or operating more than one Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Depositing funds from payment instruments not registered in your own name.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence system to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions with your payment provider in bad faith.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing web777 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

web777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools, which are available to all Players at no cost through the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately and can only be lowered in real time; increases require a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive a notification after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Suspend account activity for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. web777 will close your Account and take reasonable steps to prevent re-registration.

All content on the web777 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game mechanics, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual content — is the property of web777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of web777.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, web777 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Delays or failures in the provision of services caused by events outside web777's reasonable control, including third-party payment processor outages, telecommunications failures, or force majeure events.
• Any content, accuracy, or availability of third-party websites or services linked from the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes web777's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

By You: You may close your web777 Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure (subject to withdrawal conditions being met) will be returned to you in PKR via your registered payment method.

By web777: web777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected; (b) we are required to do so by law or a regulatory authority; or (c) we reasonably believe that continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

Where web777 closes an Account due to a proven Terms breach, any Bonus balances and winnings derived from Bonuses may be forfeited. Real-money deposits that are not subject to a Terms breach may be returned at web777's discretion.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which web777 is operated. Players in Pakistan acknowledge that online gaming regulations may vary and agree that it is their sole responsibility to verify whether use of the Platform is lawful in their location.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally by contacting web777 support shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules of the relevant jurisdiction.

web777 may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, web777 will display a notice on the Platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Where changes are significant, web777 may also notify Players via their registered mobile number.

Your continued use of the web777 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account.
